  • Drove multi-unit management operations for Blockbuster, Inc., McDonald’s Corporation, Braums Ice Cream & Dairy, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  • Ranked within top three District Managers in the Pacific South Region for Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  • Earned place among top five General Managers in the entire Texas market for Raising Cane’s.
  • Created district-wide employee training criteria now used by 285 restaurant locations.

A little about me: I started in the restaurant industry in 1977, as a crew member of McDonald’s, and worked my way up to management. I have managed full-service restaurants, night clubs and fast casual dining establishments. I have also have experience with multi-unit management over the course of my career. I am now using my vast experience and knowledge to help other restaurateurs succeed and realize their dreams.
